Spaghetti Squash:
Appearance: Yellow, oblong, and medium-sized with a unique interior that separates into spaghetti-like strands when cooked.

Best Uses: Roasting and using the strands as a low-carb alternative to pasta.

Kabocha Squash:
Appearance: Round, squat, and often has a rough, dark green skin.

Best Uses: Roasting, soups, stews, and curries.

Hubbard Squash:
Appearance: Large, irregularly shaped with blue-gray skin.
Flavor: Sweet and fine-textured.
Best Uses: Baking, mashing, or using in pies. They store well and have a long shelf life.
